Production

The words «concrete» and «Kovalska» go together pretty well. Being the most renowned concrete manufacturer in Ukraine, the «Concrete by Kovalska» trademark is known throughout. This is a brand of national importance, which for many years has been the leader in the national market of construction materials, and is the symbol of high-quality concrete.

From year to year the Company gains hundreds of new clients attracted by high quality of our products and perfect servicing. The good reputation of the «Concrete by Kovalska» has been proved through many years of cooperation with leading property developers; the numerous residential, trade and other projects implemented throughout Ukraine was the best test for the quality of out concrete. The established scope of production is maintained by the manufacturing plants incorporated into the Industrial and Construction Group «Kovalska».

Plant «Beton Complex»

The renovated “Beton Complex” Plant established on the basis of the Reinforced-Concrete Products Plant No. 5 is one of the most promising elements in the «Kovalska» Group. The Plant was initially established in the mid-1970s in the Obolon microdistrict, and currently offers a wide range of concrete mixtures, reinforced-concrete elements for bonded frames, series-produced reinforced-concrete products, as well as other general-purpose construction materials, all under the trademark of the «Concrete by Kovalska».
Starting from 2003, the “Beton Complex” Plant regularly undergoes updating of the production base and expansion of existing facilities. These works have resulted in the complete automation of production processes; construction of a production line for manufacture of concrete items through vibration compression; and, introduction of stand technology for production of reinforced-concrete items. Other improvements include introduction of a range of new concrete-mixing units, which provided for increase of the Company’s output to above 600 000 m³ of ready-mixed concretes and building mortars, and, to around 200 000 m³ of reinforced-concrete products per year. Apart from the wide range of reinforced-concrete items, the “Beton Complex” Plant also offers figured paving elements under the “AVENUE” trademark, curbs and vibration-compacted wall elements.
