Concrete and reinforced concrete curbstones are intended to separate the surfaced portion of highway and sidewalks, grass-plots, residential areas, garden areas, and for the protection of consolidated soil from wash out. Payment slabs are used for reinforcement of the body of road and water removal by directing it to special water collectors. Curbstones of BR 100.30.18 type are marked as «vp» and manufactured by applying the semi-dry vibration pressing technology. They have exact geometrical shapes and dimensions to facilitate their alignment with reinforced concrete slabs.

Curbstones are divided into types: BR — common straight, BU — straight with expansion. Curbstones of the type "Curbstone 100.30.18 and 100.30.15" are manufactured using semi-dry vibropressing technology. They have exact geometric shapes and dimensions, and are lighter compared to reinforced concrete curbstones, which simplifies their transportation and installation. The frost resistance grade of the curbstone is not less than 200 cycles, the water absorption is not more than 6 %, the concrete compression strength class is B30. The curbstones made by the method of semi-dry vibropressing have long service life and high resistance to any kind of damage.
