Trough floor slabs

Trough floor slabs are intended for application and construction of various underground communication lines that are characterized by the higher than unusual level of moisture. Concrete slabs for heat pipelines provide for safety of pipes and their resistance to movement of soil. Production capabilities of our enterprise provide for the manufacture of 740 / 2990-mm long trough floor slabs, 1180 / 1480 / 1780 / 2080 / 2380-mm wide and 120 / 140-mm thick with load resistance of 1,5 / 3,6 / 6 / 9 t/m² as per Series U 3.006.1-8 depending on the trough width.

Special features

Marking of assembled floor slabs:
Construction type (PT – trough floor slab);
Slab nominal length in cm;
slab height (thickness) in cm, value of the vertical uniformly distributed equivalent design load on the trough top in t/m2.
In the event of the unintended application of slabs, the order shall be the subject of the additional approval by the plant's FPD.
